Fixtures and finishes are inspired by the deco-era aesthetic of Manchester. in bathrooms requiring new tile, historic consideration is taken in the selection, this installation is informed by existing bathroom tile. Decade old carpeting and asbestos tile once covered the original hardwood flooring and staircase in the lobby. The condition of this century old wood is brought back to life with a natural stain, which further enriches their aged surface. A creamy white monotone palette in the units provides contemporary warmth and contrast throughout. Trim and details remain enhanced, without sacrifice of natural light reflection. Vintage tile in multiple color variations throughout the unit bathrooms was preserved and restored. This rich character is complemented with neutral chrome and black finishes.
