Built in 1913 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1985, this 100+ year old river-town landmark features spacious traditional units, reminiscent of single-family-residences. The eight winged layout of Manchester allows for brightly lit environments throughout. A warm, dramatic palette was considered, with influences from the nearby riverside and existing historic integrity (vibrantly tiled bathrooms, millwork, plaster moulding and brass metalwork).
